BahamaHealth wants you to have all the information important to you. However, we also want to protect that information. In order to log in, you will first need to sign up for this service and provide us with certain information so we know that you are the person actually signing up. We will need to verify that information and then contact you with your User Name and Password. That process may take a day or two. It is very important though, so BahamaHealth members are confident that this information is safe.

Once you have signed up, you gain access to conveniently available information. For example,

If you are a Member covered by one of the BahamaHealth benefit plans, you can have online access to your claims information. Important information available to you includes the date you received services, the healthcare provider who took care of you, the amount paid by BahamaHealth, the services you received and the diagnosis. This information is from our claims processing system and may not be available in user friendly, plain English. However, the information can be important to you.

Healthcare providers can log in and find valuable information on the claims they have submitted to BahamaHealth. This information is only available on patients that particular healthcare provider cared for. Healthcare providers can also log in to find out if their patients are covered by BahamaHealth and they can obtain a description of the benefit plan that person is enrolled in.

Administrators of Groups offering BahamaHealth coverage can login and obtain important financial information on the claims of their employees such as the total amounts paid. This information is restricted to financial information, however.
